Quantum Healing + Expansion
The retreat centre is nestled in the centre of the island, with jungle backdrops & the most potent energy. During the day there will be a full schedule of yoga, meditation & energy work, so you can pick and mix what feels good for you & allow the week to flow as you want it to.
They’ll be lots of free time in the middle of the day to hang out in the hammock with your fav book, listen to the sounds of nature in the zen garden.
There will be two excursions from the island:
1. An ice bath experience - breathwork and cold immersion for deep, body based healing
2. Crystal foraging - there is a very special beach on the island where we'll forage for clear quartz and rose quartz crystals
On the final day we will go out to the boujiest restaurant on the island for cocktails/mocktails at sunset, eat good food & sit in beautiful vibes for our final farewell.
We recommend staying on the island for a few more days post retreat, to explore more of the magic of Koh Phangan....this is one of those places & most visitors find it hard to leave.
