With so many meditation techniques out there, it can sometimes be confronting and confusing…what do I choose? What works for me?
From teaching beginner students how to meditate in my 21 Day Meditation Challenge I have seen how what works for one person, does not work for another.
I think meditation is like shopping for new jeans. It can be frustrating moving from shop to shop, too baggy, too tight, too much muffin top, butt looks too big, argh now its too small.
Then you find that perfect pair, the feel, ahhhh ‘just right’.
These meditation programmes have been designed to explore different categories of meditation, whether you resonate with mindfulness, you get instants results with breath work, or guided meditations take you on a journey and allow you to connect with yourself.
Whatever you need, on whatever day, I have the tools to help you.
With a choice of 7, 14, 21, or 28 days, there is a pick and mix for everyone.

Scientific studies are proving what yogis have known all along: Breathwork can deliver powerful mind and body benefits.
When I first learned to meditate, I spent 3 weeks in an Ashram in India.
I was supported and guided by a Guru, every morning and evening, for 21 days.
When I left my meditation bubble, the following thoughts crossed my mind:
Well what do I do next?
Without the daily routine, I’m likely to drop the habit
HELP. I need accountability
What I was really seeking was for someone to put their hand gently on my back, supporting me.
And then applying some gentle pressure to push me forwards.
What I ultimately knew I needed = a mentor.

Lemme tell you a secret, I really didn’t seek out a meditation practise. It kinda ‘found me’ 5 years ago in India.
I had never sat with myself for such long periods and both my body and mind resisted (like crazy).
But every day I showed up. As I was. Busy mind and all.
And I learned to sit with ‘what is’.
Now meditation is such an important and integral part of my life and I am incredibly grateful for the practise. I also teach Yoga in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, but for now you can meet me online.
