Want to learn the techniques to massage the whole body, release trigger points, calm the nervous system and feel AhMazing!?
Well…welcome to Myofascia release (MFR).
Using a variety of props and techniques, MFR allows you to access trigger points (you might know them as knots) in the body and through gentle compression and movement find that ah’haaaaa release.
Throughout this 4 week course, I will guide you through a number of different techniques that can be practised at home using blocks and balls, allowing you to free the body of tight knots, muscles and calm the mind.

Learn about Fascia and the importance of looking after it with regular stretching.
4 x 1 hour classes with clear techniques to roll the entire body – head to toes.

Bring your own mat.
If you have your own massage or trigger point balls, feel free to bring them along. I will also have plenty for you to work with.
