I want to share something vulnerable with you...

Back in 2013, I thought I had it all. The corporate career. The 10-year relationship. The designer wardrobe. The fast car. I remember telling my mum, "I'm so happy, I don't know if life could get better than this."

Two weeks later, my world collapsed.

My relationship ended. And I cascaded into crippling anxiety and deep depression. I stopped eating. I dropped to 45kg. I didn't want to get out of bed. I didn't want to be alive.

I wish I knew then what I know now.

I wish I had The Meditation Academy to teach me how to regulate my nervous system, how to sit with uncomfortable emotions and know how to come home to myself. It took 6 months of therapy, antidepressants, and deep inner work to start feeling like myself again.

And then I travelled to India & l learned to meditate. And it was meditation fully healed the intense anxiety I’d felt for 2 years. It taught me how to regulate my nervous system, how to trust myself again, how to find peace in the chaos.

Fast forward to today...I've now taught hundreds of people how to meditate, and I've witnessed firsthand the profound transformations that happen when you learn to come home to yourself.

 I'm a total beginner. Will this course be right for me?

 Absolutely! The Meditation Academy was designed specifically for beginners. We start with 3-minute meditations in Week 1 and gradually build to 20 minutes by Week 5. You'll never feel overwhelmed or like you're "behind."

The beauty of this course is that you'll explore 35 different meditations, so even if one style doesn't resonate with you, there are 34 others to try. By the end, you'll know exactly what works for YOUR unique brain and body.

I have a busy schedule. How much time do I need to commit?

In Week 1, you'll meditate for just 3-5 minutes a day. By Week 5, you'll be meditating for 20 minutes a day. Each meditation also includes a short video explanation (2 minutes at most). So at most, you're looking at 25 minutes a day by the end of the course-less time than scrolling social media or watching one episode of a TV show.

Plus, all content is pre-recorded and available 24/7, so you can meditate whenever it works for your schedule-morning, lunch break, before bed, whenever feels right for you.


What if I miss a day or fall behind?

You have lifetime access to all course materials, so you can move through the content at your own pace. If life throws you a curveball and you need to pause, the course will be waiting for you when you're ready to come back.

There's no "falling behind" here-just your own unique journey unfolding at the perfect pace for you.

Some students complete the course in 5 weeks. Others take 8 weeks or longer. Both are perfect.

I have a busy schedule, so how does it all work?

The Meditation Academy is a 5 week course, where you'll drop into a different mediation every day. 
I have intentionally made the content bitesize and sustainable to support you to build a new daily habit quickly and easily.

Every Wednesday we will have a group live Q+A. These are 15 - 30 mins long (depending on how many questions) and will be saved inside the community space, so you can watch back at whatever time works for you.

is this course live or prerecorded?

The daily meditations are pre-recorded and available 24/7 in the course portal, so you can practice whenever works for your schedule. However, we also host live Q&A calls every Wednesday at 4pm AWST / Bali time where you can ask me anything, get personalized support, and connect with the community. These calls are recorded and saved inside the community space if you can't attend live (which is perfect if you're in a different time zone).

What if I've tried meditation before and it didn't work for me?

This is exactly why I created The Meditation Academy!

Most people quit meditation because they've only tried ONE style (usually silent sitting or breath awareness), and it didn't resonate with them. They think "meditation isn't for me" when really, they just haven't found the right style yet.

Inside TMA, you'll explore many different meditation styles-from mantra meditation to body scans, visualisation to walking meditation, mindfulness to chakra balancing. When you have options, you can finally discover what actually works for your unique mind and body. Plus, you'll have daily accountability, community support, and personalised guidance, things that make all the difference in sticking with a practice long-term.

How is this different from meditation apps like Headspace or Calm?

Great question! Meditation apps are wonderful tools, but they're often impersonal and overwhelming (hundreds of meditations with no clear path forward).

The Meditation Academy is a structured 5 week course with a clear progression. You're not just randomly choosing meditations from a library. You're being guided step-by-step through a proven system that builds your practice gradually.

You'll also have access to:

What if I can't attend the live Q&A calls?

No worries! All Q&A calls are recorded and saved inside the community space, so you can watch them back whenever it works for your schedule. Plus, you can submit your questions ahead of time, and I'll answer them on the call, so you still get personalised support even if you can't attend live.

Do I get lifetime access?

Yes! The Meditation Academy is 100% online, so you can join from anywhere in the world. All meditations are pre-recorded and available 24/7, and all live calls are recorded if you can't attend due to time zone differences. Absolutely! While I do bring a spiritual lens to my teaching (because that's part of my personal journey), meditation is for EVERYONE-regardless of your beliefs. You don't have to be "spiritual" to benefit from:

How long will it take to see results?

Most students report feeling calmer and more grounded within 10-14 days of starting the course.

However, everyone's journey is unique. Some people feel a shift after their very first meditation. Others take a few weeks to really settle into the practice. The key is consistency-showing up daily (even if it's just for 3 minutes) and trusting the process.

By the end of Week 5, you'll have a sustainable meditation practice that feels natural and effortless.

what if i cannot commit to 5 weeks?

You will have access to this course for life, so you choose how you want to digest it. If there is a week where you feel like you need to pause (life can throw us curveballs sometimes - I get it!), then thats ok, the course content will be right there waiting for you when you are ready :)
