Ashtanga is a very traditional yoga practice. It follows the same sequence and series of poses in a precise order. The beauty of this practise is starting to ‘get to know’ the poses and see your progression over the weeks. It also targets all areas of the body. In a 1 hour practise we spend 30 minutes flowing and working through standing poses and then we spend 30 mins in seated poses and then a nourishing closing sequence.
Get out of your head and into your body. A beautiful practice combining flowing movement with breath. Flow allows you to challenge yourself, get curious and develop a deeper understanding of what your body needs at any moment.
Need space and time to slow down? Welcome to Yin Yoga. Holding seated and supine poses for 3-5 minutes to reach the deep levels of fascia, tendons, ligaments and skeletal system. Breathe, and create space through body & mind
